Do you have a question about shipping or any of our handmade products? We are here to help you!

What is Craftti's return policy?

At Craftti I want to give me customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to my store time and time again. That's why if there are any problems with your product/products please let me know as soon as possible. I will always do my best to try and correct the problem - PLEASE don't hesitate to contact me! 

 

Returns 

 

If you are not at all happy with your product then I will gladly accept returns and refund your money UNLESS it is a customized order. I am happy however to give you a store credit.  Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Delivery costs are non-refundable. Please note the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the items.  My return policy does not apply to the following items: discounted, sale, or customized items.  These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. 

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Message me with your idea/ideas and I will be happy to help you bring your vision to life. Most customizations are free of charge (change of colors, ribbon, greenery, wording, etc.) Best way to contact me would be at www.craftticrafts.com 

How long should I expect it to take to be shipped?

Normally turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. Shipping time may vary 3-7 days. I am NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once your package has been dropped off for shipping you will receive your tracking number which can then be tracked through the shipping company. If you are needing your order expedited that can be done for additional charge.
